Two more Richmond Row storefronts go dark

Both leases ended rather than failed, the operators say. The block's vacancy is now six units of twenty-two.

Two Richmond Row retailers closed at the end of August, bringing the block's vacancy to six units of twenty-two.

Both operators told the Lookout their leases had ended and were not renewed at the offered rate, rather than the businesses failing.

The business improvement area says foot traffic is up four per cent year over year.
