Knights open camp with three roster spots genuinely open

Two overage decisions and a goaltending competition will be settled before the home opener.

The Knights opened camp with two overage decisions unresolved and a genuine goaltending competition, the first in four seasons.

The club carried three returning defencemen. The coaching staff say the last blue-line spot is open on merit.
