A parts supplier to the electric-vehicle sector confirmed 210 positions at a leased plant in the east end, with hiring to begin in the first quarter.
The company signed a fifteen-year lease. The city has confirmed an incentive is attached under its industrial development programme but has not released the amount, citing commercial confidentiality.
The Lookout has filed a request for the agreement.
