Downtown office vacancy holds at 21.4%

The rate has not moved in three quarters. Two conversions to residential are in the planning queue.

Downtown office vacancy held at 21.4 per cent in the second quarter, unchanged within a rounding error for three consecutive quarters.

Two buildings on Dundas have applications in for residential conversion. Both are seeking the city's conversion grant, which has $2.4 million uncommitted this year.
