There is a version of Tuesday night in which council was being careful. That version requires you to believe that the fourth review of the same eleven kilometres will find something the first three missed.
The people who ride the 2 and the 6 have been told to wait since 2019. The people who were promised the corridor would not touch their street have been told they were heard, four times.
Deferral is not neutral. It allocates the cost of indecision, and it allocates it to the same riders every time.
